  17.      aaaaddddddddpppprrrriiiivvvv adds an entry to the _p_r_i_v_i_l_e_g_e(4) database, so that henceforth
  18.      _u_s_e_r is granted _p_r_i_v_i_l_e_g_e.  This means that _r_u_n_p_r_i_v would run the command
  19.      _p_r_i_v_i_l_e_g_e in the directory /_u_s_r/_s_y_s_a_d_m/_p_r_i_v_b_i_n on _u_s_e_r's behalf.

  40.      use privileges on this workstation by changing the password of a user
